Our mission was simple: To perfectly integrate our client's iconic British car collection into a 3-level haven. This wasn't just about storage; it was about executing an automotive lifestyle masterpiece where every detail, from the custom millwork to the curated finishes, amplifies the art of arrival.The entire project design was sourced from across the pond and our inspiration - our client's British Car Collection, the London Underground Tunnels & Sherlock Holmes.

Victorian Meets Modern Mastery: We wove a playful narrative inspired by the deep, moody elegance of historic London train stations and the rational, functional lines of British design. The result? A truly one-of-a-kind car condo design that reflects our client's unique personality and love for British car culture (including a nod to the iconic 221B Baker Street!) right in the heart of Naperville IL at the Iron Gate Motor Condos..
A Deep Dive into the three-level luxury car condo design is a thrilling journey of personalized luxury, packed with features designed for the discerning automotive enthusiast:
1st floor garage: Effortlessly accommodating a substantial collection, proving that luxury and functionality can beautifully co-exist.
Mezzanine living spaces overlooking the 1st floor showroom boasts a full custom British Racing Car Green kitchen, cat walk to the owners private library perched above faux iron work, authentic wall tiles that adorn the historic walls of the London Underground.
Our design is a fully bespoke design from our custom millwork, custom furniture designs, bold patterns, colors and unique materials, all that celebrate London's historic architecture and iconic automotive culture.
Third-Level Private Quarters are a juxtaposition of styles, into the iconic Bauhaus era -private sleeping & bathing quarters - complete with a custom-designed inspired by quirky spaces, our custom bunk bed inspired by a vintage train sleeping car, and of course special nooks for our client's cats from bed to a special perch overlooking the stairs. It’s the ultimate retreat for unwinding after a thrilling drive or hosting fellow collectors.
