This gorgeous unit in a historic LSD Chicago condo building with unobstructed lake views. This sprawling 3-bedroom 3-bathroom condo was untouched since the early 80's by our out-of-town client. It required quite a bit of love to complete this 3-year gut rehab renovation as the interior architect followed by full interior design once construction was completed.
