We also relocated the HVAC closer to the ceiling to make the space feel taller and more open, and we installed power shades and a stunning new accent chandelier to elevate the entire room.

We removed the bulky built-ins to open up the space, added a sleek ceiling fan, and painted the window frames and HVAC matte black for a cohesive, modern look. This chic and cozy space is now the perfect private escape, with direct access to the two-level outdoor rooftop deck.

This "Before" shot is of a laundry room that was, to be honest, a disaster zone. The space was mangled with exposed pipes, HVAC, and a clunky water heater. It was a functional, but seriously uninspired, area. It was time for an intervention.

We installed a tankless water heater, created a custom storage solution with sliding doors to hide all the pipes and HVAC, and installed side-by-side washer and dryer units. This renovation wasn't just about looks—it was about maximizing every inch of a small, forgotten space.

A penthouse isn't complete without an incredible rooftop deck! This two-story outdoor space is the ultimate urban oasis, perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. With a comfortable lounge area, a fire pit, and stunning views of the Chicago skyline, this deck is the perfect extension of the living space and a massive value-add to the property.
