Chicago's bustling neighborhood of Bucktown this new construction development at 3449 N Ashland Low Line Common Phase III, features 53-unit new construction residential rental development for Low Line Commons rental building and features 1-2-3 bedroom units, duplex's, renter amenities & spacious floorplans. Hired by the developer our design goal was to create a "lived in, welcoming" stage to attract renters at premium rental rates.

Staging Budget combined units #311 & #309: $10,000

GOAL: Stage, style + furniture model units targeting renter psychographics within the neighborhood for higher rental value.
